Hi There! I’m Scott Hevel

Thanks so much for stopping by. Whether you have bought dozens of homes and are building a Real Estate empire or you’re dreaming of owning your first home, you’ve come to the right place. Real Estate is the foundation of wealth in this country and I’m here to help you on that journey.

If you’re an individual starting the buying process or a professional who is helping a client through the process, I want to help make it as seamless and informative as possible. I’ve been in the mortgage business for 20 years and have seen it all. As a mortgage broker who spent many years in retail mortgage, I have a unique perspective on loan options, guidelines, and the industry as a whole. I have access to FHA, VA, Jumbo, Investor, bank statement, and a number of other creative loan products. I’m located in Dallas-Ft. Worth but can help you with loans across the country.

Originally from Pennsylvania and a proud Penn State Alum, I moved to Texas as soon as I could. I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter. I’m also a big sports fan who spends much of my free time either watching or coaching soccer with my daughter.
